Processing & Shipping Time

Shipping time is different than processing time, processing time is the amount time that takes for us to process your DVDs and shipping time is the amount of time that it takes for the product to be delivered which is when it leaves our warehouse and direct to you. Every time we receive your order, we always try to process the order as fast as we can, so sometimes the processing time is lesser than this.

Purchase & Sale
The party specified after the heading "Bill To:" when purchasing online is a ("Buyer") hereby orders from Skydreamers ("Seller"), the product(s) listed on the online order invoice. Seller agrees to sell the product(s) upon the terms and subject to the conditions contained in this document. Purchase Price

Inspection
Buyer shall inspect the product(s) at delivery and shall notify Seller of any defects or discrepancies in the product(s) as delivered within 48 hours of delivery. Absent such notification, Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the product(s) as delivered and complete. If delivered product is defective and seller is notified, your order will be reviewed for approval and i-amovies will create a RMA. If your RMA is approved, you must return the defective merchandise with postage paid by buyer. It will take up to 7 business days to receive another product once RMA is received.
